Frank Clark served as chairman and chief executive officer of ComEd, an energy services company and subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, from 2005 to 2012. He was president of ComEd from 2001 to 2005. He served as executive vice president and chief of staff of Exelon Corporation from 2004 to 2005 and was senior vice president of Exelon Corporation from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Clark is currently also a director of Aetna, Inc. and the president of the Chicago Board of Education.
